Pinehurst, long recognized for its golf, is a championship facility in lawn sports as well. Our 24-court tennis center was the site of 1994-96 U.S. Clay Court Championships, and continue to host USTA events each year. With courts lit for night play and a staff of professionals ready to teach and play, we offer one of the Top 50 Tennis experiences found anywhere (just ask Tennis Magazine).
Not to be outdone, the 2003 U.S. Lawnbowls Championship was held at Pinehurst, and continues to draw the best in the sport to our immaculate greens. Two croquet courts are also open to resort guests for a fun, out of the ordinary activity that were once royal games.
Learn to play, or compete for the glory of sport. Lessons and court time, matching and ball service are all available. Rental equipment is always on hand.
